What exactly do you do?
We act as your purchasing office in China: source and verify suppliers, negotiate prices, arrange samples and factory audits, inspect goods before shipment, prepare export documents and certification, and book freight to your destination — under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
How do I know the supplier is real?
Every supplier on our shortlist is checked on site: business licence, production lines, equipment, workforce, QC records and recent shipments. You receive a written factory profile with photos and video — and we never place an order with a party we have not verified.
Which payment terms do you use?
Typical structure is a deposit with the purchase order and the balance against inspection report or copy bill of lading. For first orders we recommend a negotiated letter of credit or escrow-style milestone terms. Payment is always to the contracting entity in writing.
Can you handle certification for my country?
Yes — SASO/SABER, ECAS and G-Mark, SONCAP, KEBS PVOC, TISI, SNI, PS Mark and others. We confirm which certificate applies to your product and destination before production starts, then prepare the file so the cargo clears on arrival.
What incoterms can you quote?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. If you are new to importing from China, DDP is the safest start: you get one landed cost covering goods, freight, duties and delivery to your address.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product — some items ship as a single pallet, others need a full container. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will be honest about what is economical and what is not.
